The Leibster Goes On

The Leibster goes on, the Leibster goes on
La de da de de, la de da de da

As it turns out our reports here have won an award, which should prove to all the doubters that hard work eventually pays off. The most gracious FarmNWife has given us the Leibster Award which is for:
...a way to help bloggers interact and increase their networks, readership and just have fun. The point of the Leibster Award is to encourage fellow bloggers and build a larger social community. It is awarded to bloggers by bloggers with a following of fewer than 200 people."
I hope the award looks like a tiara!
But nothing, not even milk, is free in life. Part of claiming this award is to list eleven random facts and answer eleven questions.  How to get The Farmer to fill out this paperwork without really knowing what he's doing? I copied the questions down on a form saying he'd been chosen as the farmer of the year for World Food & Dairy International Magazine and mailed in to him. He's a sucker for stuff like that. This was how he filled it out.

My Barnyard View

------------------------------------------
After reading the list of farm blogs The Farmer made I'm going to make sure we get agents on all of them very soon!

And now for my eleven questions:

  1. If you were stranded on a desert island with only a solar powered refrigerator and you could choose an endless supply of only one dairy product, which one would it be?
  2. If you were a farm animal you would want the farmer to...?
  3. What's your favorite app on your smartphone/tablet?
  4. After blowing your first two wishes on a bowl of hot wings and something cold to wash it down with, what would you ask the genie for you third and final wish?
  5. Because you're such an informed and influential blogger your Senator just called and asked if there were any laws you thought should be either repealed or amended. What do you tell them?
  6. After being hired as a consultant on a new online reality blogger show your first task is to come up with a name for it and you tell them what?
  7. Where do you come up with your best blog ideas?
  8. Your favorite fictional or historical character is going to guest post on your blog. Who are they and what are they going to write about?
  9. What's your favorite hobby?
  10. If you didn't have (fill in the blank) you'd be lost.
  11. What is your most useless talent?

This Leibster business is hard work. To make it a little easier for those that only want to answer the questions I'm willing to give them a Half-Leib Award. That's sort of like a half-wit award except....well, it must be better than a Witless Award. So, claim whatever works for you. And good luck!
