Green Dairy Cows On St. Patrick's Day

In ancient Irish legends fairies and other immortals wore green and people did as well to encourage their crops to grow. Why should we let traditions such as these fall to the wayside? Could they be more than traditions? What if the simple act of wearing green brings more than luck and good fortune? St. Patrick's Day, here I come!

Dairy Cows Celebrate St. Patrick's Day
More milk! The best feed I can imagine! An enchanting evening sleeping on a bed of four leaf clovers! That would probably be an edible bed, now that I think about it. How can this go wrong?

I will leave you with this Irish-ish blessing:

May your pockets be heavy and your heart be light,
May good luck pursue you each morning and night.
May your dreams come true be ye bald or hairy,
As long as you're eating plenty of dairy!
